ARC is managed by Melbourne Tabletop Gaming Conventions Inc – MTGCI
MTGCI is an Incorporated Association and currently has six members. It meets 4 times a year focusing on good governance, financial management, legal responsibilities, policy and club direction.
President: John Coleman (he/him)
John’s first career was in disability and industrial advocacy with the Disability Employment and Advocacy Centre and the ACTU. He then went on to become a senior policy officer with the Human Rights Commission, with a focus on the Disability Employment Standards.
John’s second career was in employment and housing support for people experiencing a major mental health condition. This included major stints with the Prahran Mission and Mind Australia.
John is currently retired and focused on running and developing ARC.
Ramona Mandy (she/her)
Secretary
Ramona has close to 30 years of experience across the community, education and
commercial sectors supporting vision impaired people to use access technology.
Roles have included training, marketing, sales and provision of technical support for
a wide variety of high-tech, Braille and speech equipment. Her passion and
commitment to advocacy pertaining to equity and inclusion issues has seen her
serve on numerous disability-related management committees and advisory bodies,
including a 5 year stint on the Board of Guide Dogs Victoria as a director. In March
2024, she was appointed as the inaugural Centre Manager for the Monash Assistive
Technology and society Centre at Monash University.
Melissa Nile (she/her/they)
Vice-President
Melissa is also known as NephthysNile, and can be found wherever TTRPGs and/or horror can also be found. She is president of Australia’s largest D&D fan group, Dungeons & Dragons Australia, is secondary storyteller and cast member of the award-winning Vampire the Masquerade actual play, Red Centre by Night, and has authored a number of VtM and D&D one shots. She can be found running these at various conventions throughout the year.
Michael O’Brien (he/him)

Vice president and co-owner of game publisher Chaosium Inc, where his role encompasses creative and business development, community engagement, licensing, and MGF (maximum game fun). Although Chaosium is a US company, it has a sizeable Australian presence with eight members of the team based here in Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Logan Timmins (he/him)

Logan Timmins (he/him) is a queer and trans game designer living and playing on Wurundjeri Country. He is most well known for his ARPIA Award Winning game LOGAN: An Autobiographical Tabletop Game, and other games of connection and self reflection.
Logan is a mentor on the ARC TTRPG Mentoring Program. As part of ARC, Logan is keen on empowering new designers and uplifting diverse voices.
